Is this the picture right? What's the correct form to do for pushups? Are there any forms of exercises that may strengthen the muscle involved to do pushups to increase count?

Also roll for some pushup digits I guess.

Elbow position affects which muscles are used for the movement. Elbows tucked in will recruit the lats and front delts more while your 45 degree angle will invole the pecs more, depending of course on your own physiology.

Wide pushups work your chest harder, v's work triceps harder. Wide push ups are fine as long as you don't go to failure everyday.

As someone with an old shoulder injury, I can do a bunch of pushups with arrow but doing them as T will aggravate my shoulder.

Flared elbows will Fuck your shoulders. Hands should be placed no father forward than your shoulders and tuck your elbows to maintain a 45 degree angle to your body. Just as with bench, keep your shoulders pulled back (ie don't fully extend your arms at the top). Also, lats tight.

Women especially tend to flare their elbows. Just watch a woman do push ups and don't do it that way.
