People will probably give me shit for it, but vape. You won't reek like a fucking ash tray all day, and even though it's not GOOD for you, it's a lot less bad than smoking cigarettes.

Expect to drop 60-100 bucks on an entry level vape + oils. Wean from cigarettes to vaping (start around 6mg-12mg nicotine oil). Then gradually reduce the nicotine levels until you hit 0mg.

This is exactly what'll happen. I'm starting to fall out of it, to be honest. I like the tastes and everything, but it's just.... not my thing anymore. I dunno. It's not a hobby for me like it is for some people.

Just quit a two pack a day habit with the patch last month. Monday will be a month with no nicotine. Vape will keep you chained to the nicotine addiction.

Most ive smoked was a pack a day and that was sporadic. Before i quit i was smoking about a pack a week. 3-4 cigs per day. Just slowly cut it out
