Wondering if I can get some advice on the PPL routine I put together this morning? I've only been working out for a month or so, so I wanna know if I've got all the big muscle groups covered.

Also routine thread I guess?

I've got a bum knee so no leg press, leg extension, or much other quad work.

Squat: 145 (again, knee)

Press: 95 kill me please

Anyone else follows pic related? I'm doing bent over rows after squats but I'm tired as fuck after it. Should I replace them with something else? Is there any reason why the rows are after squats? I know on the original GSLP upper body is done first, should I just do that?
