I have 2 rest days in a row.
Should i be eating less these days since no muscle is actually build or should I keep my nutrition stable ?
I eat like 2500 calories / day.

rest days are when your muscles are actually healing/growing you muppet
>eating on rest days
it's like you're trying to get fat

OP here
I strongly disagree. Muscle growth occurs for like 9-32 hours after your workout. If one day you have chest and the day after you got legs, im pretty sure your chest will keep growing just as fine. Also when you sleep.
2 days in a row without work out seem odd to me , first time since i started working out 9 months ago, so i was wondering if , at least the 2nd day i should cut down some calorie intake.

when do you get DOMS, op?
>>37941868
The day after. If tryhard mode on could last 2-2,5 days
Is soreness in fact the growth/healing of muscle ?

yes

I see. Thanks senpai.
I literally just eat the same, if your surplus on lifting days is that high that 2 days create an impact you are bulking way too hard

Ι dont think it does make an impact. Its probably just in my mind.

I am of the belief that DOMS are caused by the slight shortening of muscle fibresonce they have healed after strenuous workouts. This is why it hurts to extend our leg, but we don't feel a constant pain. Just m opinion. I think f you've got DOMS the fires have proaly already mostly repaired themselves

Protein synthesis is heightened for approximately 36 hours post workout, keep your diet constant, don't skip meals on rest days and supply apt nutrition for your muscles to recuperate efficiently.
