Depends anon, for dumbell deadlifts you wanna start pretty slow; for a beginner: 20-35 lb (hypertrophy range). If you're looking for aesthetics you wanna do some RCPs (rotator cuff pivots), which is when you grab the dumbells, suicide grip preferred for increased forearm ROM, and spin them about your shoulders with arms extended. I'd recommend, 60-75 lb, RCPs generate a lot of rotational momentum so you can go heavy. If you can't get the momentum started by swinging them back in forth you can always ask someone to help you get you going, remember to flex glutes for stability though. Don't be afraid they deal with that shit on a daily basis, everyone has to start somewhere. If you're having issues with the grip you can always use straps.
