I really liked doing this
>1/4 cup of steel cut oats
>1 cup of cold milk
Put that in the fridge before you go to bed
>Tbsp of peanut butter
>Scoop of chocolate whey
Mix that in and eat. Takes all of about 2 minutes total, and it was one of my favorite breakfasts.
Rolled oats, a sliced banana, and milk
Rolled oats, sugar, milk
About 75% of my breakfast for the last 10 years have been one of those. Never tried steel cut oats, as you can't get them in Denmark.

I just do 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Microwave for 2 minutes. Take it out and let cool and thicken a little bit. Doesn't need anything else really
