Mix that with Double Rich Chocolate and you get a sickeningly sweet mix, still it is pretty good. But avoid the coconut flavored one like plague. Siis hyi vittu miten karseeta paskaa. Ei siis hyvä tosikaan.

Salted caramel flavor. It's okay, but its 180 cals per scoop and its over poweringly sweet when I put it in my breakfast oats. Last stuff I had was kaizen chocolate flavor. Even though its twice the price its wat less cals and tastes better so I think I'll switch back to that.

Yeah its pretty new, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you like really sweet food or mix it proportionately. I usually have 1 cup of oats in the morning and it was too strong, but this morning I had three cups and it was okay.

Rocky Road or Chocolate Brownie. Doesn't taste bad, easy to mix, good price.
Most of the time I just chug it and get back to what I was doing, but when I blend it with a banana to make a dessert kind of thing it tastes good.

I don't cook my oats I just put water in a bowl and mix in my oats and whey, and let it sit over night in the fridge, turns out pretty good. I had that problem too when I cooked them

That's why I grabbed it, it was on sale for 20 bucks , whereas a lot of the other wheys are around 48 for the same amount
