If I'm eating 600 calories a day and running for 15 minutes a day at 5'7" and 160 lb how many pounds should I be burning per week?

I've already been doing 600 a day for about a week now, I haven't felt too much from it, I have a lot of excess fat to burn off so I think I may be getting most of my energy from that? Would I really lose muscle if I kept doing this?
