time slowed down as I applied chalk to my sweaty palms. this qtpi powerlifter chick asked me how many sets i had left. I told her she can use it in one set after i break the bar in half. I finally get in to position with 4pl8s loaded up and i hear Mark Bell in my ear. "COMMIT TO THE LIFT". and i do.
it goes flying up...
and i finally deded 4p8s.

I would like to thank Dicks, for geting me the best belt, my Mum for making gr8 steaks and meat pies, /fit/ for telling me about how bad life is for sub 5'10" "men". and pornhub for making it all possible.

It's the first major milestone, but not particularly strong. 5 plate is pretty good. 6 plate and up is when you're actually strong as fuck, provided you weigh under 200.
