So I just did a s-testosterone blood test and it was a shitty 317 (280-1100). I've never been on roids before, but I was actually planning on doing my first cycle which is why I went and checked my test levels.

The recovery is due to factors other than testosterone. It's why you get full bloods before you start the next blast/cycle, your body needs to be close to pre-cycle/blast condition before you start again. Stuff like lipids, liver function, etc.

The concentration is the same.

The 10mg refers to the active ingredient, which is tamoxifen citrate. In nolvadex it is 20mg of tamoxifen citrate.

So take 2 10mg pills if your dose needs to be 20mg.

That was what my natty test levels were before using.Just read the wiki in /r/steroids to get most of the info, this is all stuff you should learn yourself. Generally though, a cruise dosage is 150-250mg/week.

Alright I'm 20 weight is 160 pounds and I'm 5'6. I've been crushing on 250 mg of test e and finished a cycle of lgd-4033. Should I take some clomid or just ostarine for 4 weeks then start another cycle.

I would personally say never cycle, only cruise and blast. If you're only trying to increase natty test levels, then just cruise. The only reason to come off is if you absolutely have to, or want to.

And AI won't reverse gyno, it prevents it, so use it on the cruise dose. I usually take Aromasin e3-4d on a cruise dosage. But you have to know what feels right for you, if you're crashing it, or letting it get too high. I crashed mine first time, because my natty estro levels were below normal levels, so I didn't notice it get too low.
