sometimes I forget to bring bodywash in my gym bag though which sucks

I like starting the water at as close to room temp as I can get then lowering it more and more until I'm cooled off and taking a nice cold shower

Have the shower uncomfortably hot, so you feel like you are scalding yourself for them heat shock protein gains, then turn the heat off and freeze yourself for as long as you can stand.
