I don't have money for a gym and the only work out equipment I have are two adjustable dumbbells that go up to 65 pounds. I've been working out with them for a few months and have made pretty good strength gains, but it was on some crappy routine I made up, which is as follows:
>seated dumbbell press, 5x5-8
>upright rows, 5x10-15
>bent over one arm rows, 5x10-15
>overhead tricep extensions, 5x8-12
>lateral raises, 5x10-15
>incline/flat bench, 5x8
Then the next day I do legs:
>dumbbell lunges, 5x20
>deadlifts, 2x50 (light ass weights for deadlifts)
>squats, 4x30 (can't use full 65 lbs with dumbbells)
Help me /fit/

Isn't seated dB press t he same thing?
>>37866993
Yes my bad. Just gonna post some pics I saved that might help you. Also what do you do for core?
das all I have senpai
>>37867016
Honestly I sort of neglect core because I'm pretty fat right now. I'll start working on it tho

Get yourself an ab roller for core. Cheap and quite effective. Also get yourself a pull up bar if you don't have one.
You should also include flies into your chest routine. Lastly, you could also do shrugs and farmer walks.

I'm not sure if my doorframes are strong enough for a pull up bar, they seem pretty flimsy. And I forgot I do shrugs on leg day

Do you have parks nearby? you can usually find a bar where you can do pull ups.
>>37867209
Yeah I guess I could do some pull ups at the park, although it's kind of a hassle to go the park just for that
>>37867311
You can go for a 10-20 minute jog then stop at the park, do your shit then go back home.
