Triceps is always important for benching, as it's the only muscle that handle elbow extension.

However, as the long head of the triceps crosses two joints, they also work as a "passive tendon".
Their attachment that crosses the shoulder joint is lengthened during shoulder flexion and transverse flexion.
This means the triceps is able to transfer force generated at the shoulder joint to help with extension of the elbow joint.

Which literally means your chest also causes with elbow extension, further reinforcing its role as the most important muscle in the bench press.

Pic related explains how this "passive tendon action" works. In the case of the triceps, it's the third example in the picture, as besides transfering force, it also generates force of its own by contracting and shortening its length.
(The triceps is able to shorten its total length even when getting stretched at the shoulder attachment, because its moment arm at the elbow is much larger than at the shoulder).

If I remember correctly, you're supposed to get sleep paralysis when actually sleeping so you don't flail around like a retard mid-dream. Sometimes the brain fucks up and you continue paralysis after waking up. I don't think we know -why- this happens.
Also, I got a bit of somnambulism and never had sleep paralysis. Maybe having one "protects" you from the other?

Adaptation thrives on contrast. Sheiko is damn near perfect if you run it at the right time, with the right preparation. Unfortunately, if you look around, most people around here aren't exactly athletes.

But whenever I do high volume bench I can't do any rows or chins.
For example I did some pyramid bench sets with no breaks in between.

I almost failed my dumbbell flys at 7.5kg ,y chest was exhausted

When I went to do chins I couldn't do 1. My lats were friend. I tried rows and did 1 set at 8 reps instead of 10 like I wanted and couldn't do anymore.

Got a friend that I train with that uses doohickeys that drop off the bar when you get to the hole. He was doing 750 lbs a couple weeks ago. You have to lower real slow and steady, then about 80 lbs drop off and you fire out.

His extremely unimpressive 610lbs deadlift at 240lbs can remain

with that, his 240lbs BW, 1360lbs weight lifted, we're looking at a 364 wilks AT THE HIGHEST

1 working set? That's literally all you need for deadlifts, assuming squat volume and frequency is high. Squat has far greater carryover to the deadlift than vise versa, and deadlift fatigue is harder to manage.

The angle your hands are at will change the muscles targeted. Hammer curls will work the brachioradialis more, while supinated grip willl put a lot less stress on the brachioradialis, and more on the other portions of the bicep

They incorporate the brachioradialis a tad, which "could" reduce the workload of the bicep, but meh. It's probably negligible.

I think the beginner sheiko templates are fine, if you have explored your options and find it to be the most exciting and fun.

He's one of the best coaches in the world (powerlifting), but remember that he's not coaching YOU, so feel free to change the programming if you know how and why to.

Yeah but there are also a website dedicated to sheiko's programs and questions related to them. You can't really assume that people are going to read 2(+) books on wendlers programming and not spend any time researching sheikos programs should they decide to run that. Not that I have anything against Wendlers program it just seems you are biased against sheiko for a silly reason.
