An average towel bar is hung at 4', rough estimate the tile up the wall looks about 6" (4" trim, 2" down from that). The top of the tile is shoulder height.

Also most doors are 6'8" and you're like 2' under the door you're standing in front of
TLDR you're not 5'9"
