You may wanna do chin-ups and curls whenever possible I'd strongly recommend

Some other anon says he increases his maxes SLIGHTLY when working sets feel really easy, as you're suppose to test maxes every 12 weeks and it's not fun using the same weight fir so long

Each tab is a 4 week block. You just run them in order of tabs. So C7v2 is what you start with.

You zoom out and screenshot the entire 4 weeks
You out the image on your phone
Rotate it to fit your phone

Work up to a single that is not slow, and with no form breakdown (you could double it FOR SURE).

Use exercise rotation/sub exercises as you see fit.

Track improvement by: going for rep maxes, going for a top max, or by watching your daily "top single" improve.

DON'T GO EVERY DAY at first. Start every other day.

Then 4 days/week. Then whatever you have time for.

It's meant to be flexible and fun. I just did it as head canon for my own training, not to be followed. That being said, have fun :)

If you need my anecdotal experience, just ask. I've used it for everything from meet prep to hectic work schedule survival.

As far as exercise selection goes, I already have a pretty good idea of what helps me (quads, pecs, pausing) but I am curious as to your thoughts on overloading movements like slingshill or maybe some block pulls? I don't know if the higher weight they let you use would help or hinder you in the context of high frequency.

Not a great session, was really hungry today because i got up late. And somebody was filming his gf doing 70kg half squats in the only real rack so i was squatting in some cross-fit jungle gym monstrosity using bumper-plates again, something I've been avoiding for a while now. not only is there no mirror, the ground is a tough rubber instead of wooden power-lifting platform and the rack sucks.
