You might be right, I remembered it being extremely low, but a quick google here http://mobile.aidsmap.com/Estimated-risk-per-exposure/page/1324038#ref1323737 suggests it's between 0 and 0.04, so I guess there are conflicting studies. Perhaps the data I was remembering is inaccurate or out of date.
