If you're going to drink you should drink whisky.
The only calories in it are from alcohol pretty much.
You'll have a much harder time stomaching 10 drinks.
If you drink at a bar you won't look nearly as degenerate.

Drink it neat or to ease into it on the rocks don't add carbonated bitch juice.

When I'm hung over I normally just do cardio and punish myself for lowering my test and giving myself estrogen.

Anon, this isn't uncommon.
The most stoic of fitness personal have nights where eventually their cravings take over or life hits them.

Personally I recommend getting tequila, it's the only thing I drink anymore if I ever drink (about 5 years on the wagon) it has little calories in comparison to how fast you'll be drunk. You'll pass out long before you finish the bottle.
