Calves need a fuck ton of weight or low leverage insertions to grow. You need the former. Load a ton of plates on the leg press. Push it up with both legs, then do sets of 8-12 on each side with your knee straight but not locked out. Works all the calf muscles. Seated and bent knee only works one of the three. Also glute ham raises on a proper GHD bench with foot plates will work them like mad, too. Also running down hills on the ball of your foot.

Sure you can have coffee but it's so retarded to skip a meal when you could easily sub it with super low cal and healthy foods. And since carbs and protein are our main fuel sources, cutting back on carbs won't make him feel great. Just cut sugars down if you want to loose weight, and mix it with long slow cardio for fat loss. Up your veggie and fruit game, mix with healthy fats, medium carbs and medium protein ratios.

Probably 18% or above. Don't cut for a set amount of time. Just measure your body fat and weight daily and keep going until your happy with results. Long slow cardio with deep breathing for fat loss. Weights lightly once or twice a week wouldn't hurt but it's best to start weights after you've reached your cardio/body lean goal. Keep at it man. Eat healthy.

SS really just works your CNS and pushes your lifts up in strength. A lot of people who run SS just get fat with huge fucking out of proportion legs. The only time I ever advocate for SS is when the lifter in question is a complete novice with no lifting experience whatsoever. I will tell them to run SS to familiarize themselves with the big three movements until they are comfortable with them, then they can move on to a better program.

Also during the time they are running SS they can research diet, nutrition and better programs while still making n00b gains off of SS.
