I've been on

Just bought the zinc, calcium, mag bottle today, any thoughts? I don't eat red meat or drink milk so that's why I bought it.

The stuff is pretty safe but from what I've read i scoop or about 5g is the safe level a day.
Also they are called supplements because they "supplement" a healthy diet they shouldn't replace it.
