How do you self improve /fit/? Im So shit and I don't know how.

>Wake up late and get taxis, wasting my weekly bought bus tickets
>forget to brush teeth
>Started getting later bus because too lazy to leave earlier like I use to
>lazy at work
>Gf bought me anniversary present 3 weeks ago
>It's this weekend and I haven't got her anything
>Was given 10 great days to self esteem book
>2 years later I still havent stuck consistently to it
>Tried hanging self once
>Rooms a complete mess
>Thoughts always racing and deconstructing
>Insanely difficult to get on with one thing at a time

Read up on meditation. Let the thoughts and deconstructions flow in your mind, don't actively judge them. Do things that interest you, lurk more and acquire interests. Don't read self help books, it's mostly bullshit. Make money. If all fails, kill yourself.
