Front Squats + Sumo Deadlifts + Standing Calf Raises = Literally everything you need 100% to the T.

Why? - Front Squats > Back Squats for frontal development. Sumo Deadlifts > Conventional Deadlifts for Behind development. Standing Calf Raises hit the "aesthetic" part of the Calf muscle, seated hit the "inner" part of the calf muscle.

Squats 5x5 in the 315-365 range
Lunges 3x8 with 135 lbs
Calf raises 5x15 2pl8 on smith machine
Curls and extension machines 5x8

Sometimes I'll add leg press or front squats, and sometimes I mix up how I do calf raises.

Looking for feedback, not sure how my leg game is going aesthetics wise, but I'm real confident in my squat lately.
