What bodyfat am I at and when do I get abs when relaxed?

What bodyfat % do I look like I'm at and when/at what bodyfat % will I see abs even when not flexing? I trust in the keen eyes and great wisdom of /fit/ to answer my questions.

possibly, depends on your fat storage genetics, some people can handle sub 10 and some cant, just keep dieting util you see dem abs, also you'll need ab muscle for them to be more defined

I haven't really been restricting my food intake I just eat when the amount I feel like but since I am really active in my day to day life I guess it keeps my at this level of leanness. So from now on I'll just stop eating junk food and drinking soda and stuff to get down to ~10. I should also start lifting weights again, I just hope I don't snap shit up this time!
