Me. When I do NoFap, I can think a lot more clearly and feel a lot more confident. I also tend to see women in a less objectified way when I do NoFap. People who say it's "pseudoscience" don't understand science. The whole point of science is to conduct experiments to falsify hypotheses. And the benefits of NoFap have never been disproven. There aren't any studies that show that NoFap doesn't have any benefits. On the other hand, tons of people today and throughout history have reported numerous benefits from not masturbating.
