Anyways... Definitely good for bulking, but be very careful of how the food is prepared. The ingredients are top tier, but the way its prepared with lards and oils can just kill any progress on a cut, also the amount of dairy (sour cream, cheese, mayo, etc.) Black beans, tomatoes, onions, guac, cilantro, corn, chicken, etc is delicioso and healthy

One thing to consider is that Mexican food can often just be the same ingredients, just prepared different ways. It can also be high in protein and fat if you really want it to be, but it's pretty much impossible to do keto with it. You just have to be liberal with meat portions if you're making it yourself

That being said, Tostadas are really solid. You can take some guac, put it on a tostada, and then load the sucker up with chicken or beef and finally add some cheese and salsa on it.

Huevos Rancheros is a great bulking breakfast meal - tortillas cooked in oil and then you add sunny-side up eggs.
