Dear /fit/ what can I do to work my chest without a bench. I tried dumbbell flyes but I couldn't feel a fucking thing, I checked form and it seems to be good but idk? Same with floor press, can't feel anything in my chest. Weighted pushups I can but I need something else y'know.

DYEL here who is too poor for gym (will join one soon once I get shit sorted out).

Pushups will work your chest as well as arms and stomach (if your body is straight, similar to the Plank position).

Remember, friend, Bruce Lee only ever did bodyweight exercises that you can do mostly at home or by building your own bars etc.

Not OP but also interested in doing bodyweight exercises

obviously I won't get any aesthethics or strengths like lifters but I'll be able to look better than most non-lifters if I actually dedicate myself to it and have good nutrition, right?

In my opinion, most lifters look like cavemen and totally not attractive (Zyzz and those with a similar body being the exception). If I had to choose Id rather look like Bruce Lee than a professional bodybuilder.

Do push up and dip variations for the chest
>>
>>37666984
bruce lee was also dyel as fuck.
join a gym buddy or buy a power rack + bench. there is NO way around it if you want to get a strong chest.

you cant fucking progressive overload on bodyweight exercises.
>>
OP here, this is my routine for chest/shoulders/tri, as you can see İ'm trying hard to do my chest with the little shit İ have. Should İ just remove all that other shit and focus on my weighted pushups for chest more?

A (chest-triceps-shoulders)
weighted pushups (neutral - close - wide grip) 3x8
dumbbell flyes 3x8
dumbbell floor press 3x8
dumbbell shrugs 3x8
lateral raises 3x8
skullcrushers 3x8
front raises 3x8
pistol squats 3x8
lungs 3x8

that's not true at all.

You're a fucking either a retard or a newfag or both. There are bodybuilders that train for aesthetics that look good(AC) and those that train for mass(olympia).

I was in the same boat as you but I started doing a shit ton of dips along with some pushups. I always feel it in my chest the morning after doing a bunch of dips. Just make sure to pinch your shoulders back when doing dips otherwise you're gonna hurt your shoulder.

There are many variations to te push-up that will create the tension on those muscles. Look them up: my favorite is archers.

But he could kick your ass.

That dude was never ever in a documented fight in his life. He was a movie star, philosopher, and businessman. Not a fighter.
