As a natural 6'2 guy. im 202ibs with 1.10 year of training and ill be 215 by december. my brother is 230ibs in his off season and hes only had less than 4 years training. People who are 6'3+ are normally 250-265ibs. Again they're not shredded. If they lost weight they'd be 200-210ibs while a prime arnold sat around 230-250ibs on stage and was near 280 on off season and arnold is 6'2

Oily skin is one known side-effect of steroid use (basically for the same reason that some people get oily/acne-prone skin during puberty) but its not universal and can be controlled with other drugs.

pic related has been lifting for 10 years and is 6'2" 190 while conditioned, would probably be at a similar weight as your brother at higher bf% - the difference to the OP is obvious.
