Why wouldnt you bulk? You weigh as much as a 1plate barbell. Any real man could rough you up like the little twink bottom you are.

just kidding, I would bulk though. That angle probably makes you look kinda big, but my trainer (muay thai) is 135lbs and he's kinda skinny & close to your height so I would imagine you have similar body structure.
