Isn't there just a tiny bit of truth to this in the context of using too much caffeine on a regular basis.
Maybe i'm autistic but isn't he just saying that your body develops a dependance to energy drinks. Why is that wrong?
That's the truth when it comes to roids and testosterone though. I'm inclined to believe it when it comes to coffee and caffeine (I very rarely drink coffee). Never used energy drinks or pre-workout so I can't comment on that aspect.
