Trying to build my chest

Been doing all my lifts 3sets at 5-4-3 and not seeing a ton of growth. Am I doing it wrong?

Focusing on chest for about 8 months.

Not at all. I've been doing:

> dumbbell inclines
> dumbbell flat bench
> dips
> flyes

All for 3 sets at 5-4-3. We don't have the greatest gym here so there's not a lot of people to get advice from.

Someone told me lower reps were best for building muscle so that's what I've been doing.

It won't, you're being memed. People use dumbbells to sort out imbalances. With a bar, one side can be doing most of the work
