>he's DEADLIFTING in the SMITH MACHINE
>give him a few pointers and tell him why it's not good to do that exercise in that machine

>see him walk to tables/bag area (the gym I go to has a little bag rack and table area when you walk in for storage)
>he pulls out a shaker cup

>Immediately drop dumbbells
>Powerwalk (lol cardio) up to him
>"You're vegan right? I've reconsidered my diet."
>Watching him add two scoops to his cup
>"Really? That's great to hear bro, want some tips?"
>"Yeah! Sure! You give me one and I'll give you one! Fair?"
>"Of course man, well my main tip is buy a lot of spinach and white cabbage, very good for you if you can't afford kale."
