Does [pic related] actually work or is it a meme?

it should work, acne in adults is mostly caused by diet
but if youre still in puberty theres barely
anything you can do about it
+ if you have sensitive skin you might have to find a product that works for you. I am sensitive skin still havent found anything

>overly restrictive diet
>don't use bp
>sleep on a board/slab
>smoke weed
1. Drink water
2. Use lotion
3. Don't eat sugary/trans fatty food.
LITERALLY THAT FUCKING EASY.

I found that only touching my face when I wash it at night helped my skin clear up.

What do you suggest?

Diet: just cut out high GI crap and consider cutting out dairy if you don't respond well to it
BP: Use it conservatively anywhere with acne at least once a day unless the skin there is insanely dry
Sleep on a fucking pillow (with a clean pillowcase)
Don't smoke weed (or anything else for that matter)
1.Drink gallons of water
2.Overdose on veggies and legumes or go vegan.
3.No more acne.
Ive had bad acne most of my life, pretty clear now and will have break outs sometimes when I binge on sugary junk food. these are things i have done to help get rid of acne.
-Stopped drinking milk or whey protein
-Switched to whey isolate protein
-Stopped drinking soda
-stopped touching face
-stopped eating fast food/junk food
-started taking zinc, magnesium, and fish oils (100% of daily value)
-Drinking as much water as I can
-trying to get as much sleep as i can at night
-try to shave as least as possible
People are going to say that dairy and acne is a meme, but there is science out there proving that it is not. I had done all the above besides not drinking milk and whey protein and I still had awful acne.
Once I stopped drinking milk and switched from whey protein to whey isolate, the acne started going away.
Whey isolate does not have dairy like regular whey does.
TLDR; picture is pretty accurate to what I have done and works
