breakfast: coffee with a bit of skim milk, low sugar cereal in skim milk
snack: banana
lunch: whole grain bread sandwhich with salmon, turkey, and/or chicken meat in it + a bit of light mayo and some lettuce/spinach
dinner: chicken breast, some sort of green, some potatoes
extra: vitamin supps in case you start lacking, 30-60 mins of intense cardio daily

12-20 oz steak (filet, sirloin, ribeye) with 1 lb potatoes (baked, sauteed, etc) and some fruit for dessert

egg whites blended up with bananas, oatmeal, ice cubes and some peanut butter for nighttime gains
eat all of this and it puts you at about:

~260g carbs
~60-80g fat depending on cut of meat
