Just for ideas, I guess, but 2/3rds of all the recipes are labeled as"healthy" but it's like apple crumble muesli and fudge bars and as far as I can tell if you use all natural ingredients, it counts as healthy, even if you're making chocolate fudge sauce. so, a little preface. I live in state with about a 30% obesity rate, and recently a heat index of around 113F (45 degress in commie units). My city has a pretty extensive bicycle/running trail system and I know it quite well.

Today it was only 94F-ish so compared to the weekend it was pretty nice out, so I went for a ride.

Now anyone can use the trail since it is basically one long ass public park so every now and then I pass the random mobile pavement ape on a skateboard or homeless under a bridge, ect. This includes fatties that "want to get in shape"
