Seems like medium has weekly testing in terms of AMRAP sets.
High has too little actual benching in my opinion. So much of its volume comes from CGBP.

Advanced has peaking after 3 weeks, also by AMRAP.
Might be better than trying weekly.

I'm 6'4, weigh 120kg and my bench rep max is 132.5kg.
That's pretty much beginner level, but I still don't think I can peak weekly.

I guess I try medium to prove I can't and then try advanced, despite me not being advanced at all?
Or is that advanced definition = not being able to progress weekly?

Bench block work in sheiko is tuned to the percentages he has you use better, but you should be able to replace board presses with spoto presses at your normal grip width and slingshot at max RPE at a narrower grip with.

Personally, I love how botho spoto and slingshoto makes me feel, so I mix it up, which is easy, considering drugdealer#russia has me benching 6 discrete sessions a week.

No such thing as best. Attack your weaknesses. Almost all benchers should be doing a dumbbell press accessory at 4x8-12, and curling/lat pulldown work can't hurt either.

Other great accessories are chinups, planks, dips, and cardio.

Depends on how much of a powerlifter you wanna be. If PL is your long-term goal, I'd drop the skullcrushers and replace them with weighted dips dumbell presses. If you're just tryna get huge, keep em, and throw in some tricep extensions on a cable machine, maybe some bodyweight dips for a burnout.

As long as you're not failing your program's progression, there's not much way to go wrong. You just gotta work your upper body hard, the specific exercise matters mostly for the range of motion it puts you through and how much weight you can use in that range of motion. Freeweight pressing movements, including dips, have the most carryover to benching specifically, while allowing you to load up a bunch of weight at angles you normally wouldn't bench. Isolation movements will make your triceps strong af, but not necessarily make you good at benching.

Tailor your programming to your goals. Just remember to always work hard.

With medium I saw multiple sets of 8 reps at challenging weight and some outliers like that. Didn't see anything challenging like that in the high one.
