I get them from weighted pull-ups, dawg. I have yet to find a special tie grib that will keep my hand fresh while doing 20-25kg weighted.

They sort of fucking hurt too.

If you don't understand it, watch it again. For some reason you dense cunts can't get it the fist time. This vid removed my callous almost completely. There's just thicker skin where they were.

It's because you're new to lifting.

I used to get them when I started doing pull-ups.

In my case, my hands just "adapted" and my skin stayed smooth yet tough enough to withstand the friction of lifting.

Then again, I have superior genetics so maybe I'm alone on this one.
