depends on the motion and exercise. i used to work out with a friend who is 5'4" and he could blow me out of the water on some exercises, but the tables were completely turned on others.

Usually a taller guy with the same muscular mass proportion will be stronger than the shorter guy due to strength having a direct correlation to muscle mass size.

But when it comes to aesthetics (natty), you can say goodbye to your gains if you're over 5'10 or so.
