Fat is voluminous and men hold it predominantly in their guts.

So he's 191lbs, 15% would have him holding about 29lbs of pic related spread about his body.

Looking mean to be honest man, I like your proportions and shape. I'm not exactly sure why I weigh as much as I do, have pretty broad shoulders and thick quads, arms are about 17.5 inch at the biceps. I had calliper test and it read 6.5% but my coach said its very likely its inaccurate. Also take in to consideration that in this pic I manipulated water and sodium to get a drier look.

probably have somewhat of scoliosis, bad angle + bad lighting, but i don't want to sugarcoat it.
Been casual lifting without really following a diet for 3 years, went from pretty much 50 kg at 160cm tall to 75kg at this pic 182cm 19 year old.
Legs i'm happy with from bicycling etc, they are at 22 inches and defined.
arms 13 inch unflexed, and 14 flexed.

i dropped down from 80kg because of sickness and lost pretty much only muscle
