Anyone else get really weird cycle since you started lifting?
When I was a swimmer I was fairly regular but since I graduated and picked up lifting my time has gotten insane. Like I'll have two in one month one month then skip a month or be late or early. There's no consistency. I know I can't be preggers because just as autistic as everyone else on here. Just wondering if anyone else got unpredictable too.

ive heard about it. usually it happens in women who have had their caloric demands increased sharply but arent eating enough to compensate. your body is half shutting down your reproductive system for safety's sake. if things dont change youre at risk for osteoperosis, too.

Christ women are fucking gross
Not me lifting has been blessing for me, I've been having short periods, almost never pain, probably should check it out of see what's going on with your hormones.

now go hug your mom on top on that she had to carry your ass for 9 month and give birth

there could be more factors coming to play than just lifting. Have you changed your eating habits at all? Are you eating enough dietary fat? (fat helps balance hormones)
Does anyone else think women shouldn't be allowed to post here?
Or like, use computers at all, drive cars, vote, not cover their faces etc.

I don't think I've ever skipped or had two, but I definitely have found that it's less predictable now. I used to be every 28 days, always early in the morning. Now it's whenever, wherever.
I'm pretty bad about being consistent with eating and exercise though - I'll be hardcore for a month, then shitcore, then mediumcore, so I assumed that was the cause.
