Would it be beneficial to just do the caffeine part of this? I'm not sure how I feel about using ephedrine as I'm not well educated on it.

Cuz it doesnt do alot like DNP would

It mostly hunger-suppresion that it does, but it was seen to increase calories burned by a minor amount, which is why a low calorie diet is still needed to see any results.

Currently running EC Stack in combination with IF. Definitely helps with hunger suppression. I'm running it long term so occasionally I'll take the weekend off from it and I notice a significant difference in my hunger on vs off of it. The dosages outlined in the pic have worked just fine for me.

One thing of note. The caffeine withdrawal headaches can really suck, so be cognizant of that.
