Free weight barbell and dumbell lifts with a deadgrip, strict slow pullups/chinups or flex holds are amazing too

routine is extensors on tuesday (wrist roller), flexors on thursday (wrist roller) and brachioradialis on saturday (reverse curls), i do heavy hammer curls and sledge hammer wrist rotations in all directions on all three of those days though. the wrist rotations i do at the end of my workout.
advice is consistency, you're not going to get nice juicy forearms in 6 months or 8 months. if you do consistent forearm training for a year or two you'll see noticable progress. do it for 5-10 years and you got yourself some NICE forearms.
after all the reason our grandpappies and daddios have juicy as fuck forearms is because they've done consistent labor for most of their lives. doing some babby wrist curls 3 times a week for a year is nothing compared to working on a farm or working in the carrying/moving trade for 20+ years
