>>
why not just buy a bike though
>>
that will kill gains.
>>
>>37467005
I'd rather go for a run outside
>>

why not a jumping rope?
it's cheaper and takes up less space.
>>
>>37467005

indoors bikes are retarded
>>
>>37467057
OP may have joint problems, jump rope no good for those.
>>
>>37467086
If he does, he should forget about exercising at home, and go swim.
The exercise bike isn't as bad as jumping or running, but isn't all that great either.
>>
How about getting an outdoors bike?
>>
>>37467005
rowing is much better cardio if you have the money

I bought a pretty cheap one some time ago. Its pretty nice if you want to combine it with watching a tv-series or a movie or something. A good alternative instead of just sitting on the couch.
>>
Any type of resistance to these? Seems good for doing cardio at home but not sure how many cals it would honestly burn

I had a road bike but crashed it. I also work shifts hence why going to gym is difficult.

>>37467110

As I said I work shifts, gym money is pointless as I do days and nights 12 hours

It's just got home cardio. I'm not sure what the resistance is like. I don't want to get a new bike and crash it again as I live and work in quite an urban environment

I'm pretty sure >>37468243 meant get a rowing machine anon...
>>
>>37469405

Viable option but I'm struggling for space, what's wrong with cycling machines?
