I just ran 2 miles in 21 minutes
I haven't gone running in 5 months, hoping to get below a 7 minute mile again.

Whats your mile times /fit/
>>
Starting to get into running, typically jog 13:30 miles at a sustainable pace, will try to bump it up to 12:00 miles soon
>>
Comfy 8:30 mile usually. Fastest is around 7:10
>>
I ran a mile and a half in 10:44 a month ago. Ok trying to run it in 9:00 by September, how often should I be running?
>>
i run 10 mile in 1:32, never tried a single one

I train for endurance, never bothered much with speedwork.

5K best is 4:45/km
10K best is 4:50/km

No idea what my 2 mile is.

Strava says I have a 1 mile of 7 min and 2 mile of 14:07 in a 10k race but I never tested my maximum 1 mile or 2. Probably faster

natty guardsman here, have to run 2 miles once every 6 months or so.

I'm usually 14:15-14:45 so I guess 7:15 1 mile pace.

Although I once took an APFT with a very borderline NCO, the course for the 2 mile was questionable. I ran in 12:54

Mile time: the only thing /fit/ estats harder about than bench press numbers.
