Hey /fit/ what's in your typical work lunchbox?

chicken
rice
broccoli

2 ham sandwiches
1 peanutbutter and jelly sandwich
2 cheese sticks
one gallon water

then after work i eat one massive meal before bed. Intermittent fasting works awesome with this.

3-5 chicken thighs with roast sweet potatoes in olive oil & garlic

A homemade pulled pork pie

Pasta (to an extent) and the beef in the sauce has enough brotein, I make the sauce with a generous amount of olive oil (herbs, spices and garlic heated in it) for fats

I work at an elementary school handling children with autism, so I usually eat whatever the kids won't from their school lunch. So grilled cheese and tomato soup, mostly.
