I have them, and they are fine. Better than not doing anything, but seriously just skip the wondered down program and start compound lifts.

in the long term you don't really need pushups unless you're using a bodyweight/cali workout, but if you do anyway, the normal palm grip can fuck up your wrists, just use your fist if you're not a pussy or buy that if you prefer not hurting your knuckles in the slightest

I have some, they are okay I guess if you've got nothing else. They good for pushups I guess, you get a real good ROM and you do feel it activate more of your forearms as you rotate them.

I wouldn't say they are a substitute for going to an actual gym and doing a full program though.
