Look I hate to break it to you guys but when it comes to beard growth it's mostly genetics, just like balding and body hair. Here's the thing, whether or not(or how well) which hair follicles respond to testosterone/dihydrotestosterone is determined by receptors coded by your DNA. This means, among other things, it may not matter how well you eat, how healthy you are, or how much test you have pumping through your veins, if you don't have good follicle receptors, you aren't going to get hair growth where you want it. This is also the reason some guys can blast roids forever and never bald, while others start balding natty at 19.

When it comes to hair, life deals you a hand and there isn't really anything you can do to change anything.

This. Gene expression in hair follicles determines your body's response to testosterone. Lift and inject all you want but if you don't have the genetics for it it won't make a difference. If you've got the genetics it can help growth, but testosterone alone doesn't make it grow.

The only way to promote beard growth is via oral minoxidil consuption, which will increase overall body hair grwoth, but it is extremely unhealthy for heart condition. Believe me, senpai, I have researches this fully

im pretty sure it's genetic OP. Friend of mine has no body hair at all, like hairless chest, at 26. I'm almost 28 and can grow a damn fine beard. Needing a trim tho, pic related.

It's just the angle. I shave my neck every 3 or 4 days now that I've lost enough weight to only have 1.5 chins.
