Hello /fit/! So i am going to be starting to getting fit. As of now, im apretty fat piece of lard, sitting at 212lbs and only 5.10.
And im going to change that.
I have started eating only eggs for breakfast and literally cutting out most junk from my diet, and trying to count my calories, and its going great.past two weeks i have lost 3lbs. But i want your guyses advice on how to get more fit! I allso run everyday for as long as i can and that ends up being 1mile to 2. I know im fat. Thank you!
