Hey /fit/, what preworkout do you use, if any at all?
Is it even worth trying out?

I've used Chaos and Pain's Cannibal Ferox
MESOMORPH by APS
And Wild Thing by Assault Labs
Ferox was the best but it's banned now. But Chaos and Pain has a successor to it I want to try. idk if it's out yet
Wild Thing has been the least effective and least stimulating. That or I've gotten used to pre workouts.
There's another one I want to try, non-stimulant one, Carbon by Bio Norton. I work out late at night and stimulant ones can keep me up past 3am.
I guess when you're alpha enough you just don't have to give a fuck about your hair anymroe

I feel like most "stimulants" can just be replaced by some coffee/ caffeine since that's mostly what's effective in them anyway, right?
That's whats keeping me from getting any pre workouts, most seem like snake oil mixed with caffeine

>implying his hair didn't get him that alpha

Coffee doesn't stimulate me as effective as pre workouts
plus some have NO boost for "increased pumps"
whether or not it chemically works, it feels great so Idc
I've been using C4
works ok, if you don't mind the tingles from the beta alanine

Thats what i thought too as well. After trying some it does give an adrenaline rush though. Only use it for work days since i work 10 hours picking up donated furniture and appliances. Helps me get a good workout in on work days.
