Started at 150lbs in January > 165lbs currently.
Posture gains 5'10 > 5'11

No squat or diddly area in my gym, so I just use various machines to supplement.
I've been eating a 300kcal surplus, but cheated on weekends.

Planning on cutting for a month to lose some fat, guessing I put on 8-10lbs of lean mass and 5-6lbs of fat.

My chest is lacking big time. I dunno if I store more fat in this area or if the lack of chest isolation resulted in a lack of growth. I think bench is meme lift. I'm doing flies and other chest isolation's now. Only chest compound is weighted dips. which I did for the first time this week. I was able to go up to 75lbs for 10 reps, chest pump was great. I'm cutting bench from my routine.

It's alright to cheat on weekends, it's hard to maintain a diet if you're not very motivated. However, don't binge completely and disregard your diet, as this can essentially counter any effort you made during your week.

I just assumed there's more muscle groups to work in upper body though. Lower body I work quads, hamstrings, and calves. I toss in a few sets on the vagina machines every now and then.

But upper body has chest, shoulders, biceps, delts, lats, etc. Much more to develop up top so I figure it's worth dedicating more time to it.

This is my progress but idk if this is loose skin or fat...I'm guessing both but how much body fat am I would you guys guess?

Mar 22 to May 25

5'11 Went from 74 kg at ~20% bodyfat to 66,5 kg at ~13,5% bodyfat (that's what the caliper says I don't know how accurate is that).
Had been doing only bodyweight exercise after a long period of stop due to injury (went from 6 pullups to 20 and from 3 dips to 15).

What do from here? I know for sure that I will have to stop training for around 20 days in august. Do I keep cutting? start eating at manteinance? At the end of august I wanted to start with the Greyskull while bulking. What's my best option in the meantime?

Ate pretty much whatever, but I've always eaten healthy since I was a kid. When I got serious I started eating eggs, whole wheat toast, and a protein shake for breakfast. Lunch would be pretty much whatever, and I would have another shake after working out and then eat dinner, which was always a meat, a starch, and a vegetable.

As for routine, I did a kinda-bro split when I was fucking around, didn't really make any gains til I bulked properly and did PPL, which I've been doing since.

Walking around with lots of small stops still burns calories tho. 8h on 5 days of that plus gym every other day for compound lifts has me losing weight at 2k kcal atm.

Just get a grip on nutrition, cooking, meal prep. you'll enjoy learning something new, increase your confidence and be able to eat what you like without all the industrial fattener add-ins (there's sugar/syrup in literally everything)

Stopped lifting 2 years ago.
Took on a PhD in physics, literal 12 hour days, 6 to 7 days a week. Moved next to uni, so my entire workout consists of walking to the office which takes a solid 8 minutes. I'm up to 95kg of pure skinnyfatness, my slow-ass metabolism at 32 doesn't help either. Please someone put a bullet through my brains. And yes, I'm at work writing this.

21/ 184cm/ 92->84kg 2 month progress
In feb i was 96kg weak and lazy skinnyfat fuck.
I started HIIT in march (stationary bike and swimming) 4-5 days a week. No junk food, ~2000kcal daily. Cheat day once per month.
In april(1st photo) i hit gym. 5 days a week, split workout
16 series/ 12-8 reps -chest, back and legs
12 series/12-8 reps - arms, shoulders
I took a photo every week and was pretty depressed because i didnt see any progress but now when i look at im pretty happy with results. Im going to cut until the end of august(goal is 80kg), then HEALTHY bulk (88kg by the end of next february). Final goal is 95kg/12%BF in 2 years. Do you think its achievable? I may buy BCAA and kreatine for bulk.
Any opinions, advices /fit/?

I think it's too early for a split and training for strength would be more optimal. I'd rather do 3-day full body with 3x5, 5x5 or maybe 3x8 if you really want to. Start The Pressing for them shoulders and maybe add some lat and front raises.
