How old were you when you started lifting seriously?
Do you think your life would be drastically different if you had started earlier?
18 is when I hit a 3 play bench, now at 20 in pushing a 4 plate bench, 6 plate squat and 6 plate dead. Maybe I could have a gotten a scholarship to a d2 school for ball if I had started at 16. Confidence would have helped in he senior years in hs so probably

>How old were you when you started lifting seriously?
25.
>Do you think your life would be drastically different if you had started earlier?
Different? Yes, probably. Drastically different? Nah.
21, almost at the end of college. Wish I had started years ago. The amount of discipline and confidence I got from lifting would have been a game-changer in high school or at the beginning of college.

I started lifting when I was 13 in the 7th grade. If I had started earlier, I would probably be a manlet.

I started lifting at 15 but in a bro fashion, 5 day split with low weight and tons of reps, no bar exercises, got serious at 20, 21 right now and I regret every day that I wasted.

O yea and life woulda been different in the friends I have and activities I woulda done
lifting seriously since a month before i turned 16, for awhile now, i wish i didnt start fat but besides that im good. Very happy i started early
Started last year, at 19.
Maybe but I'm not fat and I have a qt azn gf, I think I'm doing okay.
I started at 21
if I would have started at 15, would have had little DYEL abs, gotten HS puss, joined sports, had a fulfilling social life, no depression.
fast-forward to college (big state school)
join a frat, get huge, get good grades from cheating with bros, smash 8-9/10 puss every single weekend
network through frat, get job at investment bank from frat brothers connections, continue to fuck hot young puss, wear a Patek and drive a Porsche
>current life:
trying to find a 9-5 that pays 40+k and lifting to keep the depression at bay

Started at 21.
I can't see my old self doing lifting before that moment.
>How old were you when you started lifting seriously?
16th December 2015- So I was 31
>Do you think your life would be drastically different if you had started earlier?
Depends how early. My health and sex life would've been a lot better a lot sooner

I didn't start lifting and eating seriously till 25. I wish I'd started a decade earlier.

When I actually had an idea what I was doing I was 19 (around 2009-2010).
Im 25 now and still look like I have only been lifting maybe 2 years. I blame it on my subpar diet and still getting fucked up on the weekends
