Well of course since you have experience of eating clean and what amount of calories it takes to maintain your mass, I do not think that it changes your body physically but I do believe thgat your appetite may be changed; Craving for healthier food rather cow hoof, cheeseburgers. Leading to a easier time in maintaining your body mass

Was obese all through youth, started taking care of myself at 16ish. Now 21, would consider myself fit (dyel by /fit/ standards) but lean. Don't think dieting/cutting once will make it impossible to get fat again/make you get lean faster. It's the knowledge you gain from proper eating habits that keeps you skinny. I went from a BMI of 36 to 24 and I sure as shit could get back up there if I tried, but knowing what I do now I will never backslide again. The studies about regaining weight after a diet is usually fat people who return to their own ways after the diet and then obviously regain weight.
